Hey people, I’m Abbie. Owner and Founder of the Nomad Villa Dubai.

Welcome to my Home, welcome to my city sanctuary.

I get asked so often, the question “How did you come up with the idea of having a photoshoot villa?”

In all honesty? I created the villa to live somewhere peaceful within this crazy city. Somewhere that I could feel at peace and feel grounded.

Three years ago, a photographer friend called one day, in a mad rush as he’d been let down by a shoot location and asked if he could shoot at my home… and as they say, the rest is history.

Photoshoots at The Nomad Villa

    One Full Day (8 hours) 4,000 AED

    Half Day (4 hours) 2,200 AED

How to Book

Whether a Full Day or Half Day Package

Once received, we will send through the payment details for processing.

Once the full payment has been received, the dates will be blocked in our shoot calendar.

Due to the high volume of enquiries we are unable to hold any dates without payment.

Booking Information & Shoot Essentials

  • You will have exclusive access to the following areas at the Nomad Villa 1:

    • Entrance

    • Outdoor Terrace Living Area

    • Outdoor Shower

    • Garden and Exterior

    • Indoor Changing Room with Bathroom

    The furniture and props are all available for use and you are welcome to move these around to help further facilitate your photo shoots.

  • You will have exclusive access to the following areas at the Nomad Villa 2:

    • Full Interior

    • Outdoor Terrace Living Area

    • Outdoor Gardens

    • Indoor Bathroom

    The furniture and props are all available for use and you are welcome to move these around to help further facilitate your photo shoots.

    • Exterior Garden & Exterior White Pool

    This is to compliment your original booking at Villa 1.

    • Exterior Garden & Exterior Grey Pool

    This is to compliment your original booking at Villa 1.

  • Should you wish to have full access to the villa, including all internal areas with Living Room, Bedroom, Kitchen, please mention this and we will provide you a with custom quotation that includes access to the interiors.

    The furniture and props are all available for use and you are welcome to move these around to help further facilitate your photo shoots.

  • Should you wish to add a pool to your Villa 1 booking, we have an option of 2 different pools.

    • White Pool - 850 AED per hour

    • Grey Pool - 1500 AED per hour

    The above rates are added on top of your Villa 1 booking.

    We are unable to offer the pools alone, as the villa is the base for your shoot, and the pool is an additional feature. We are unable to rent pools alone as there are no washrooms nor changing facilities at the pool areas - you will find them at the main villa. The pools are located to the right side and left side of the villa.

  • HALF DAY PACKAGE

    • 2 Hours Nomad Villa 1

    • 1 Hour White Pool

    • 1 Hour Grey Pool

    • 1 Hour Nomad Villa 2

    TOTAL 5000 AED

    FULL DAY PACKAGE

    • 4 Hours Nomad Villa 1

    • 2 Hour White Pool

    • 2 Hour Grey Pool

    • 2 Hour Nomad Villa 2

    TOTAL 10,000 AED

  • FULL DAY

    Standard full day timings are 9am - 5pm.

    Please ensure that your set-up and take-down time is included within this period.

    Earlier set-up and a later finish is possible upon request. This is costed at AED 650 per hour (cash payment on the day only is accepted).

    HALF DAY

    • AM Slot - 9am - 1pm

    • 1 hour clean and turn around

    • PM Slot - 2pm - 6pm

    The tight above timings create pressure for us to clean and re-set the villa between the morning and afternoon slot. Please ensure that your set-up and take-down time is included within your allocated period.

    We are unable to offer an over-run on the morning slot. For example, if you are booked 9am - 1pm, please ensure that the villa is completely vacated before 1pm.

    Additional time can be requested for the afternoon slot, which will enable a later finish time. It is costed at AED 650 per hour (cash payment on the day only is accepted).

    Unfortunately, shoot dates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • We have partnered with some of the regions most talented photographers to offer hourly bookings for

    The cost will be AED 1800 per hour with shoots done at The Nomad Villa 1.

    This will include 5 photos (of your choice) that the photographer will edit and send to you after the shoot. You can also choose additional images which are AED 30 per extra photo.

    Price may vary should you wish to use the other Nomad Villas.

  • Nomad Villa is located in Jumeirah 2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • Our spaces are designed for brand campaigns, lifestyle shoots, content creators, engagement shoots, maternity, personal branding, corporate headshots and more. If your idea involves capturing beautiful content, we can likely host it.

  • To book, send us a WhatsApp message with your name, preferred date, timing and location package. We’ll confirm availability and send payment details. Once payment is received, your slot is secured in our calendar.

  • We offer hourly, half day and full day options across Nomad Villa 1, Nomad Villa 2, White Pool and Grey Pool. You can see the full rate card on this page, or WhatsApp us for tailored packages.
