Photoshoots at The Nomad Villa

  • Nomad Villa 1

    Outdoor areas + Changing Room (interior access upon request)

    Full Day (8 hrs): AED 4,000

    Half Day (4 hrs): AED 2,200

    Hourly Rate: AED 650 (minimum 2 hours)

    Full interior access (Living Room, Bedroom, Kitchen) available at an additional rate upon request.

  • Nomad Villa 2

    White pool + garden

    Full Day (8 hrs): AED 4,000

    Half Day (4 hrs): AED 2,200

    Hourly Rate: AED 850

    In order to use this pool, you need to book Nomad Villa 1 and use of the white pool is the above additional fee.

    Please note that you will not have access to the interior of the Villa. The areas available are the pool and garden.

  • Nomad Villa 3

    Grey pool and garden area only

    Hourly Rate: AED 1,500

    In order to use this pool, you need to book Nomad Villa 1 and use of the white pool is the above additional fee.

    Please note that you will not have access to the interior of the Viila. The areas available are the pool and garden.

  • Nomad Villa 4

    Full interior and exterior

    Full Day (8 hrs): AED 6,000

    Half Day (4 hrs): AED 3,500

    Hourly Rate: AED 850

Booking Information & Shoot Essentials

  • Each booking gives you exclusive access to your selected villa’s designated areas, which may include:

    • Entrance

    • Outdoor Terrace

    • Garden & Exterior Spaces

    • Living Area (if included)

    • Outdoor Shower

    • Indoor Changing Room with Bathroom (available in select villas)

    Furniture & Props:
    On-site furniture and styling props are available and may be moved to suit your shoot setup.

    Full Interior Access:
    If you require access to the entire villa — including the Living Room, Bedroom, and Kitchen — please mention this in your enquiry so we can provide a custom quote.

  • AM Slot: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

    PM Slot: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

    Important:

    • Setup and pack-down must be completed within your booked time.

    • Morning slots cannot be extended.

    • PM slots may be extended at AED 650/hour (cash only, payable on the day).

  • We’ve partnered with top photographers in the region to offer custom shoot packages, including:

    • Save-the-Date Sessions

    • Personal Branding

    • Corporate Headshots

    • E-commerce Content

    Please note: All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Overtime is charged based on standard hourly rates.
